Made with natural casings and our exceptional Taupo beef - pasture-raised in an environmentally sustainable farm. They're so good that they won the silver medal at the Outstanding Food Producer awards 2020.


How to cook ♨

Pan fry or barbecue on medium heat for 15 minutes until the sausages are browned all over and cooked through. We don't recommend pricking the sausages as it may cause them to dry out.

Serving Suggestion

Perfect on their own - enjoy the delicious smoky flavour straight from the barbecue.
