Our pasture-raised Coastal Lamb is an exceptional product from the pastures where the animals are raised in Harmony with the environment by a group of committed farmers. Hormone and antibiotic free!

This boneless half-leg has been seasoned with rosemary, thyme and cracked pepper and is ready to cook. 

How to cook ♨

Allow the lamb to come to room temperature before cooking. Brown each side of the lamb in a hot pan before transferring to a 180°C oven and roast for about 8-10 minutes. Let the lamb rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Serving Suggestion

Great for a weeknight dinner served with simple vegetables and lashings of mint sauce.
