Lamb and Mint Sausages


The classic combination, lamb and mint. These Harmony sausages have natural casings and are perfect for a weekday meal or a weekend lunch barbecue. 


How to cook ♨

Pan fry or barbecue on medium heat for 15 mins until the sausages are browned all over and cooked through. We don't recommend pricking the sausages, as it may cause them to dry out.  

Serving Suggestion

Eat them straight from the barbecue! Or make them fancy with hasselback potatoes, honey-roasted carrots and charred broccoli.
