Lamb and Rosemary Sausage


The hard work has been done with these delicious sausages - a flavourful combination of lamb and rosemary. Harmony sausages are made in a traditional style using selected ingredients including natural casings.


How to cook ♨

Pan fry or barbecue on a medium heat for 15 mins until the sausages are browned all over and cooked through. We don't recommend pricking the sausages as it may cause them to dry out.

Serving Suggestion

Perfect on their own, straight off the barbecue wrapped in a slice of fresh wholemeal bread with lashings of butter.
