Pork and apple sausages


Fresh pork combined with diced apple gives a subtle sweetness to these sausages. Made from New Zealand free-range pork, our Harmony sausages are made in a traditional style using selected ingredients including natural casings. Ethically and sustainably farmed.


How to cook ♨

Pan fry or barbecue on a medium heat for 15 mins until the sausages are browned all over and cooked through. We don't recommend pricking the sausages as it may cause them to dry out.

Serving Suggestion

Perfect on their own, straight off the barbecue or with a dollop of wholegrain mustard.
