Venison, thyme and prune sausages


Our chefs have been busy creating new flavour combinations and this one's a winner. The richness of venison with the sweetness of prune and herbaceous thyme make an exquisite combination. Gluten-free in a natural casing.


How to cook ♨

Pan fry or barbecue on a medium heat for 15 mins until the sausages are browned all over and cooked through. We don't recommend pricking the sausages as it may cause them to dry out.

Serving Suggestion

Perfect on their own, and great to bring to a gathering to change the flavour.
