Harmony Beef Texas BBQ Sausages 480g
Our 100% NZ Beef range has gone southern with the addition of Texas BBQ. Mesquite has been added into these, leaving nothing but intense earthy flavoured sausages with a delicious after taste.
How to cook
Pan fry or barbecue on a medium heat for 15 mins until the sausages are browned all over and cooked through. We don't recommend pricking the sausages as it may cause them to dry out.
Serve with roast vegetables, greens, and some BBQ sauce for the sausages! Goes well for that Texan experience.
