Perfect for the barbecue, these Harmony sausages are made in a traditional style from quality New Zealand beef, and they have natural casings and are gluten free.

How to cook

Pan fry or barbecue on medium heat for 15 mins until the sausages are browned all over and cooked through. We don't recommend pricking the sausages, as it may cause them to dry out.

There are so many ways to serve sausages; on their own, in a bread roll with sauce, mustard and sweet onion, or with a selection of salads Kiwi barbecue style or 'bangers and mash' on a winter's day. The choices are endless!
