Tender lamb seasoned in a Middle Eastern style blend of cumin, paprika, garlic and black pepper, finished with a gentle medium chilli heat. All Harmony Halal products are certified by the Federation of Islamic Associations of New Zealand (FIANZ).
How to cook
Pan fry or barbecue on medium heat for 15 mins until the sausages are browned all over and cooked through. We don't recommend pricking the sausages, as it may cause them to dry out.
