This boneless half-leg lamb has been seasoned with a mint glaze and topped with fresh mint leaves.

How to cook

Allow the lamb to come to room temperature before cooking. Brown each side of the lamb in a hot pan before transferring to a 180°C oven and roast for about 8-10 minutes. Let the lamb rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Great for a weeknight dinner served with simple vegetables and a buttery potato mash.
